The new Mulberry campaign has IDOL counting down the days 'til spring, as Models Lindsey Wixon and Frieda Gustavsson take a trip to the seaside for S/S 1'2. Representing the label’s British roots, Brighton Pier was the hotspot for creative director Emma Hill’s work, which was inspired by her early childhood memories.
Shot by Tim Walker, both models pose in-between giant sticks of rock, discarded chip papers and upturned ice cream cones. Behind them the backdrop displays the horizon of England’s most prestigious pebbly beach.

Light-weight hooded raincoats are paired with sky-high platform wedges, while floaty, floral maxi dresses and colour block designs make for a perfect day at the beach. Colour and simplicity are emphasized this season. Take the sun with you, wherever you go, with bold canary yellow being the standout choice for the collection.

As we all know, British summers are notoriously unpredictable. Thankfully Mulberry's candy sweet range has us destined to look good, come rain or shine!
