So Sunday saw the IDOL team, still jet lagged, braving the rain to get to the Crepe City Sneaker Festival at the Notting Hill Arts Club. And how glad we were that we did.
The Sneaker Festival included around 1000 different types of sneakers, selling Puma, Nike, Adidas, DC Shoes, Vans and Converse. It also featured several other stalls selling vintage clothing, personalised custom apparel with live art work (check out Facebook.com/Saigon Custom Apparel), exclusive 'Krispy' sneakers by PINS, WAH Nails and a Trapstar stall. The venue also showed old skool films as well as guest DJ's playing a selection of classic old skool hip hop beats, dubstep, garage, bashment and reggae.
The fest pulled in some amazing individuals rocking some amazing sneakers, as well as several photographers, publications and MTV.
